01/ SCALING CONTENT + PROCESSES

I created production, post-production, and publishing workflows while simultaneously overseeing capture of ongoing content. I identified production efficiencies, implemented scalable systems across teams, and was the primary owner of all assets in our content management system. 1,000+ bespoke digital assets were QC’d and published to support the launch of the new BBCOM app in January of 2025.

02/ CREATING CONSISTENT VALUE + NEWNESS

I mapped out a content release strategy for the BBCOM app, strategically releasing new content across varying coaches, content styles, durations, and workout preferences from launch through Q2 of its launch year. This strategy was critical in driving subscription revenue, proving ongoing value to customers, and showcasing the possibilities within the newly designed app experience.

We created a content ecosystem built for today’s digital fitness landscape that stayed true to the ethos and cult following tied to the BBCOM community.
